What the export actually looks like

A complete export from an inspection that never happened. Nine pages: the six-page adopted form with the answers stamped onto it, and the photographs behind it, one per question.

What to look at

Three things this sample is not

Not a real inspection. The homeowner, the property, the carrier, the inspector and the licence number are all invented, and the telephone numbers are in the range reserved for fiction. No such inspection was performed and no such form was ever filed.

Not real photographs. The eight images are captioned placeholders, because the inspection did not happen. In a real report those cells hold the photographs taken at the property, at the size and position shown.

Not a form anyone could submit — and that is the free tier, honestly. The diagonal PREVIEW — NOT FOR SUBMISSION across every page is exactly what a free export carries; it is not added to this sample to spoil it. A subscription removes it. You can build a complete report, see all nine pages, and decide, before paying anything.

Try it on one you have already filed

The most useful ten minutes you could give this: take a wind mit you have already submitted and put it through. Nothing rides on it, and you will see immediately where the output differs from what you sent. No account, no card, no email address.
